On this week’s show, SVC track athletes had a much busier schedule as the league is just two weeks from the SVC Meet. On the diamond, baseball and softball have turned to the second half of the schedule, and the upcoming week is the week of action before Sunday’s sectional tournament draw.
This week’s show also features another segment of Photo Finish where SVCsportszone.com’s Shayne Combs and Matt Combs look at the advantages and disadvantages of building a track program compared to other sports. Jeremy Ward also will join Shayne as the two of them discuss SVC softball as well as a round of Extra Innings including a look at which team has a deceiving record as well as the importance of home field advantage.
Lastly, Shayne and Matt open the inbox one last time at the conclusion of the show as the two of them talk about some recent changes in the OHSAA and how it could impact the Scioto Valley Conference.
